Purpose and scope
This policy applies to content submitted to, reviewed by and published on this independent consumer awareness platform. We aim to balance responsible expression, privacy, accuracy and a fair right of response.
Core standards
Content must be based on genuine firsthand experience, expressed factually and free from threats, harassment, doxxing, unsupported criminal allegations, impersonation, paid manipulation and irrelevant private data.
Evidence and moderation
Submissions are held privately pending review. Evidence labels describe the records available to moderators; they are not findings of legal liability. Editors may correct formatting, redact private data or request clarification while preserving the substance of an approved account.
Corrections, removal and response
Affected people and businesses may request correction, clarification, private-information removal or a right of response through the contact page. Requests are logged, assessed and answered according to urgency, evidence and applicable law.
